Mother’s Day
The organizer of the promotion is Balagan Studio Sp. z o.o., represented by Agata Matlak-Lutyk and Hanna Ferenc-Hilsden, headquartered in Warsaw at ul. Stępińska 22/30, 00-739, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000782251, with tax identification number (NIP) 521-38-63-874.
Promotion period – from May 13, 2025 to May 26, 2025.
The Mother’s Day promotion applies to selected models from the collection, specially marked and available at reduced prices: 20% off the original value. The code is valid both in-store (in a designated section of the boutique) and online. Discounted products are not included in the promotion.
There is no limit to how many times customers can participate in the Mother’s Day promotion – each customer may purchase any number of discounted products, both in-store and online.
To receive a discount on selected models when shopping online, customers must enter the code MOTHERSDAY20 at checkout. It will automatically reduce the total value – but only for items included in the promotion.
The MOTHERSDAY20 code cannot be combined with any other promotions available in the organizer’s physical or online store.
These terms and conditions do not affect or limit the right to file a complaint under statutory warranty or guarantee, nor do they limit the right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement made through the Organizer’s online store. Products purchased as part of the Mother’s Day promotion can be returned within 14 days – for both online and in-store purchases.
These regulations come into force on May 13, 2025.
