In the beginning of 2013 Monika left for an educational mission to Mankessim, a small town in Sounthern Ghana. There, together with a group of friends and with the help of the African Institute that she was representing, she built the Janusz Korczak Day Care Center. Today the kindergarten hires 7 people, who everyday teach classes with 80 children - from  two to six years old.  The Centre is also hosting teen activity classes and courses for women.

The Dziedzictwo Przyrodnicze [Natural Heritage] Foundation was established in 2008 by a group of naturalists interested in the protection of Polish natural heritage. Its main activities focused on the Eastern part of the Polish Carpathian Mountains, from the Low Beskids to the Bieszczady Mountains and the Przemyśl Plateau.

Supports victims of the refugee crisis and strives to provide them with decent and safe living conditions. It initiates legal and psychological care, helps to search for housing & accommodation, organizes social-adaptation programs.
