1. The organizer of the promotional campaign is Balagan Studio Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Stępińska 22/30, Building 1A, Unit No. 222, 00-739 Warsaw). The company is represented by Agata Matlak-Lutyk and Hanna Ferenc-Hilsden and is entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000782251, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 521-38-63-874.
2. The promotion consists of a 20% discount on selected products. The promotion does not apply to products from the New Arrivals category or to already discounted products. To use the discount, customers must enter the code STEP20 in the “Discount code” field when placing an order in the online store, or provide the code when making a purchase at a physical boutique.
3. The promotion is valid from 14 September 2026 to 21 September 2026. The promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or other promotional campaigns.
4. All products purchased using the STEP20 code are subject to the standard returns policy and full warranty and statutory guarantee rights, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Balagan online store.
5. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 14 September 2026.
