§1. Purpose and operation of the Balagan loyalty program
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for participation in the Loyalty Program organized by BALAGAN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Stępińska 22/30, 00-739 Warsaw, Poland, registered under KRS number 0000782251, NIP: 5213863874, REGON: 383124231.
Participation in the Loyalty Program is free of charge, entirely voluntary, and does not obligate Participants to provide any services to the Organizer, i.e. Balagan Sp. z o.o.
The purpose of the program is to encourage regular customers to make frequent purchases in Balagan physical boutiques.
These Terms and Conditions define the rules of participation in the program and are binding for both the Organizer and Participants from the moment of their publication at Balagan for an indefinite period, subject to the Organizer’s right to suspend or terminate the program at any time without stating a reason.

§2. Conditions of joining the program
1. A Loyalty Card is issued to every customer of a physical boutique who expresses a desire to participate in the program (Participant).
2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is voluntary but necessary in order to use the Loyalty Program.

§3. Rules of participation in the Loyalty Program
1. The Loyalty Program consists of awarding stamps to Participants who make purchases in Balagan physical boutiques.
2. Collected stamps may be recorded in the Organizer’s database.
3. The Loyalty Card may entitle holders to additional benefits in stores – extra discounts, surprises, and offers for regular customers.
4. During events and special campaigns, the Organizer may award additional stamps.

§4. Rules for awarding stamps in the Loyalty Program
For every 500 PLN spent, the customer receives one stamp on a physical loyalty card.
During a single purchase, the customer may receive more than one stamp, depending on the total value of the purchase, calculated based on the amount after discounts.
After collecting 4 stamps on one card, the customer may exchange the card for a discount of 200 PLN on their next purchase (for purchases over 299 PLN).
The discount offered through participation in the Loyalty Program can be combined with other promotions. The discount is not exchangeable for cash.
In the event of a product return, the Organizer has the right to cancel the stamps awarded for that purchase. If the return concerns part of the purchase, the corresponding number of stamps will be deducted accordingly.
In case of loss of the Loyalty Card, the Organizer is not able to restore the collected stamps.

§5. Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 24.04.2026.
