§1. Purpose of the Balagan Loyalty Program
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for participation in the Loyalty Program organized by BALAGAN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Stępińska 22/30, 00-739 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000782251, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5213863874, REGON: 383124231.
Participation in the Loyalty Program is free of charge, entirely voluntary, and does not obligate Participants to provide any consideration or performance to the Organizer, Balagan Sp. z o.o.
The purpose of the Program is to encourage returning customers to make regular purchases at Balagan's physical boutiques.
These Terms and Conditions define the rules of participation in the Program and are binding on both the Organizer and the Participants from the date of their publication by Balagan. They remain in force for an indefinite period, subject to the Organizer's right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time without providing a reason.
§2. Eligibility
1. A Loyalty Card is issued to any customer of a Balagan physical boutique who wishes to participate in the Program (the "Participant").
2. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is voluntary but required in order to participate in the Loyalty Program.
3. Enrollment in the Balagan newsletter is a condition of participation in the Loyalty Program.
§3. Rules of Participation
1. The Loyalty Program consists of awarding stamps to Participants who make purchases at Balagan physical boutiques.
2. Collected stamps may be recorded in the Organizer's database.
3. The Loyalty Card may entitle Participants to additional benefits in Balagan stores, including extra discounts, surprises, and exclusive offers for returning customers.
4. During special events and promotional campaigns, the Organizer may award additional stamps.
§4. Rules for Awarding Stamps
Participants receive one stamp for every PLN 500 spent in a Balagan physical boutique.
During a single purchase, Participants may receive more than one stamp depending on the total purchase value, calculated after all discounts have been applied.
Once 4 stamps have been collected on a single Loyalty Card, the card may be redeemed for a PLN 200 discount on a future purchase with a minimum transaction value of PLN 299.
The discount earned through the Loyalty Program may be combined with other promotions. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the event of a product return, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the stamps awarded for that purchase. If only part of the purchase is returned, the corresponding number of stamps will be deducted.
If a Loyalty Card is lost, the Organizer is unable to restore the stamps previously collected on that card.
§5. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 24 April 2026.
