1. The organizer of the promotion is Balagan Studio Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 0-739, ul. Stępińska 22/30 1A, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, under number KRS 0000782251, REGON [Statistical Number] 383124231, NIP [Tax ID Number] 5213863874, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00. represented by Agata Matlak i Hanna Ferenc.
2. Free delivery takes place from 4/6/25 until the further notice and works for every UK, EU and Swiss delivery services for orders (over 150 EUR/GBP).
3. Each Customer is welcome to place orders of an amount of their choice and use free delivery services on each without any limits.
4. The promotion's provisions do not limit any right to complain related to the warranty or guarantee, nor the right to return.
5. All above regulations come into force 4/6/2025.
