WHAT IS THE BALAGAN RETURN POLICY?
In the case of online shopping, an individual has the right to return the product (which is understood as informing us about it and shipping the items back to us) within 14 days after the receipt of the ordered product. In the case of in-store shopping, the items may be returned within same 14 calendar days.
HOW DO I START THE RETURN PROCESS?
Come to one of our stores or:
- send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the order number and the product that you wish to return.
- send the item you wish to return together with a filled-in and signed return form, the receipt or a proof of payment to:

*When sending the package, remember to keep the proof of shipment. You might need it, if there is a problem with the delivery.
**We recommend selecting a package with tracking option. Until it is delivered to us, you are responsible for it.
HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The refund is usually completed within no longer than 14 days after the returned items have reached the warehouse.
The form of the refund depends on the payment method selected upon the placement of the order.
DO I GET A REFUND OF THE SHIPPING COSTS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you withdraw from the purchase, you bear the cost of shipping the items back to us.
The refund of shipping costs that you paid together with the order price (the shipment from us to you) will be fully refunded. We do not refund the costs of international shipments.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES LINKED TO AN EXCHANGE OF GOODS?
We know how hard it is to pick the perfect size when you shop online. Therefore, to make it easier for you, we let you exchange the product to a different size or colour free of charge once (not applicable to foreign orders), without paying for the next shipment of the product from our warehouse to you. You only pay for the delivery of the products to us. You are allowed to exchange your item within 14 days for both - online purchase and stationary shopping. Free exchange does not apply to foreign orders.
The product purchased stationary can be returned or exchanged only in the store where the purchase was made.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. Our goal is to complete the orders as soon as we can, so if you realize you have made a mistake or if you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com
CAN I RETURN THE GOODS PURCHASED WITH A VAT INVOICE?
Unfortunately, no. The return principle applies only to the relation where the seller is an entrepreneur and the buyer is a consumer.
An entrepreneur who purchases goods which are not related to the business activity conducted is considered to be a consumer in this particular relation. This is why you may not return the goods once you have requested a VAT invoice issued in the name of your (or somebody else’s) business entity.
