WHAT IS THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PERIOD AT BALAGAN?
You have 14 days to notify us about your return or exchange. After that, you have 14 more days to send the package back.
HOW CAN I START THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS?
Fill out the return form (from your package or download it from our website) and attach it to the product.
Email us at shop@balaganstudio.com to let us know about the return or to check availability for an exchange.

Send with courier delivery directly to our warehouse – we can’t collect parcels from lockers or pickup points.
Keep your shipping confirmation in case of delivery issues.
Exchanges are possible within the same price range. If you'd like to order a product at a different price, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.
*Remember to keep the shipping confirmation – it may come in handy in case of delivery issues. Please make sure to send your package with delivery directly to our warehouse, as our staff cannot collect parcels that require pickup from a collection point.
**We cannot collect returns sent to parcel lockers – we only accept courier deliveries.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND AND HOW?
Within 14 days of your return arriving at our warehouse, via the same payment method.
WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS WHEN RETURNING AN ORDER?
We refund the original delivery cost (from us to you) for orders shipped within the EU.
Return shipping is always at your own cost.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS FOR AN EXCHANGE?
We offer a one-time exchange for a different size or colour free of charge – we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement from our warehouse to you. You only cover the cost of sending the product back to us.
Please note: products ordered to a country outside the EU cannot be exchanged. You’ll need to return the item and place a new order.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you make a mistake or change your mind, contact us as soon as possible by emailing shop@balaganstudio.com.
Changes can be made depending on the status of your order in the warehouse.
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER AT A BALAGAN STORE?
Yes – bring your product to one of our stores in Warsaw, Kraków, Gdynia, Poznań or Kraków.
Our team will help you and forward the package to our warehouse.
Items bought in-store can only be returned at the same location.
