1. Can I submit a claim for a Balagan product?
Yes – our products are covered under statutory defect liability, in line with Polish consumer law. This means we’re responsible for physical defects – such as those that may have occurred during production – for 2 years from the date of purchase.

2. How do I submit a claim?
You have 2 years from the date of purchase to submit a claim.
