1. DO BALAGAN PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?
We rely on implied warranty for defects (according to the Polish Consumer Acts Act).
What goods are considered to be defective? Products that are unfit for use due to the defects existing at the moment of purchase. If a defect is found while using the shoes within a year after the issue of those shoes, it is assumed that the defect existed at the moment of issue. Otherwise you will have to prove that the defect existed at the moment of sale. You can exercise your right of warranty for defects within 2 years after the purchase. 2. HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM?
In the European Union, you have the right to submit a warranty claim for defective products within two years from the moment of purchase. In order for us to examine your claim as soon as possible, please provide a description (you can find the warranty form here) and deliver the product you complain about to the address:

Your warranty claim will be examined within 14 days after we have received it.

 

3. WHAT DEFECTS ARE COVERED BY WARRANTY?
Each case is different, so it is difficult to establish general warranty claim rules.
If you have any doubts on whether your warranty claim will be accepted, please read the quality description of the particular product - we wrote it down for you in the subsection “Care and product information” HERE and in the rules and regulations of the store. It may happen that the quality you believe to be a defect is, in fact, a natural consequence of using the product.  However, final acceptance of a warranty claim is up to our specialists to decide.
