A pattern that has seen it all, yet still holds that elusive "something." Today, leopard print returns in a modern and surprisingly versatile way. Leopard, animal prints, and spots are now treated as a "non-print print" - a graphic motif that, when paired with simple forms, becomes a foundation rather than just a decoration
The new year is a time for us to organize, reflect, and build a foundation for the months ahead. We believe that 2026 is a year to embrace quality that refuses to compromise. This makes it the perfect moment for our traditional winter edition of Tour de Balagan, an event that has become a permanent fixture in both our calendar and yours.
Autumn is the season of return. Back to work, back to the rhythm of everyday life, back to favorite places and little rituals. In our new collection, we bring together the familiar and the unexpected – classic silhouettes in unconventional patterns and trend-led accents in soft, muted shades. We play with fashion, juggling styles while searching for our own voice.
Welcome to Balagan Culture Club—a place where we share what’s inspiring us right now. Books, films, exhibitions, and all the little things that spark creativity. We’re kicking off the year with a fresh stack of books, handpicked and recommended by the one and only Agnieszka Budnik, who you might know from her podcast: Raport z Literatury. These are stories, ideas, and perspectives perfect for slow mornings or cozy evenings.
Hania and Agata on Balagan's 10-Year Journey
Balagan is celebrating its 10th anniversary! We sat down with the brand’s founders and designers, Hania Ferenc-Hilsden and Agata Matlak-Lutyk, to talk about how Balagan has grown, what has changed over the years, and what remains constant.
Balagan was born in Warsaw! To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we invite you to take a walk with the founders and designers of the brand – Hania and Agata – through their favorite corners of the city. These are the places that inspired and shaped them, and to which they continuously return.
As part of its social initiatives program, 1% of the profit from every Balagan purchase is donated to foundations that work to improve quality of life. One of the foundations we have supported since the very beginning of Balagan is the Start From Ghana Foundation. Monika Quarcoo, the foundation's director, shares with us the story of their work.
As the year comes to an end, it’s the perfect time to slow down and make thoughtful purchasing decisions. At Balagan, we introduce Care Friday as an alternative to Black Friday – a moment to appreciate what you already have and take care of your favorite items so they can continue to accompany you for years to come.
