BEYOND SEASON

1. The organizer of the promotion is Balagan Studio Sp. z o. o. represented by Agata Matlak-Lutyk and Hanna Ferenc-Hilsden with its registered office in Warsaw, 02-530, ul. Kielecka 1/1 02-504, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000782251, with NIP 521-38-63-874.

2. Promotion period – from September 20, 2024. until September 22, 2024.

3. The BEYOND SEASON campaign includes selected models of the collection, specially marked, available at lower prices: -20% from the initial value. The code works both in a stationary store in a separate boutique section, and online. Only models marked with a promotion are subject to discount. New products do not participate in the campaign.

4. There are no limits on the use of the BEYOND SEASON campaign - each customer can make any number of purchases of products at reduced prices (stationary and online). 

5. To benefit from a discount on selected models when shopping online, enter the code 'AGAINANDAGAIN' when placing your order. It will automatically reduce the value of the basket - only for products marked with promotion.

6. BEYOND SEASON cannot be combined with any other promotions available in the Organizer's stationary and online store.

7. The provisions of these regulations do not violate or limit the right to make a complaint related to the warranty or guarantee, nor do they limit the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract concluded via the Organizer's online store. The customer has 14 days to return products purchased as part of BEYOND SEASON - both for online and stationary purchases.
