Fall Favourites Promotion Regulations

1. The organizer of the promotion is Balagan Studio Sp. z o.o., represented by Agata Matlak-Lutyk and Hanna Ferenc-Hilsden, with its registered office in Warsaw, 02-530, at ul. Kielecka 1/1 02-504. The company is entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000782251, with VAT number (NIP) 521-38-63-874.

2. Promotion period: from November 7, 2024, to November 11, 2024.

3. The Fall Favourites promotion applies to selected items from the collection, specifically marked and offered at a 20% discount off the original price. The code is valid both in-store in a designated boutique section and online. Only items marked for the promotion are eligible for the discount.

4. There is no limit to the number of purchases under the Fall Favourites promotion—customers may make an unlimited number of purchases of discounted products (in-store and online).

5. To use the discount on selected items during online purchases, customers must enter the code “FallFavourites20” at checkout. This will automatically reduce the cart value for promotional items only.

6. Fall Favourites cannot be combined with any other promotions available at the Organizer’s physical or online stores.

7. The terms of these regulations do not infringe upon or limit the right to claims related to warranty or guarantee, nor do they limit the right to withdraw from a distance contract made via the Organizer’s online store. Customers have a 14-day return period for items purchased under the Fall Favourites promotion, applicable to both online and in-store purchases.

8. These regulations come into effect on November 7, 2024.
