1. The organizer of the promotion is Balagan Studio Sp. z o.o., represented by Agata Matlak-Lutyk and Hanna Ferenc-Hilsden, with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Stępińska 22/30, 00-739, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000782251, with NIP 521-38-63-874.
2. Promotion period – from April 3, 2026, until further notice.
3. The PERFECTMATCH20 campaign includes all products in the balagan.com store, except for gift cards, available at reduced prices: -20% from the original value. The code is valid both in the physical store (in a designated boutique section) and online.
4. There is no limit to the use of the PERFECTMATCH20 promotion – each customer may make any number of purchases of products at discounted prices (both in-store and online).
5. To use the discount, at least 2 products must be added to the cart, and then the code “PERFECTMATCH20” must be entered during checkout. The cart value will be automatically reduced by 20%.
6. The PERFECTMATCH20 code cannot be combined with any other promotions available in the Organizer’s physical or online store.
7. The provisions of these terms and conditions do not infringe or limit the right to file complaints related to statutory warranty or guarantee, nor do they limit the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract concluded via the Organizer’s online store. Customers have 14 days to return products purchased with the promotional code – both for online and in-store purchases.
8. These terms and conditions come into force on April 3, 2026.
