1. The organizer of the promotional campaign is Balagan Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Stępińska 22/30, building 1A, unit 222, 00-739). The company is represented by Agata Matlak-Lutyk and Hanna Ferenc-Hilsden, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under the number 0000782251, NIP 521-38-63-874.
2. The subject of the promotion is a discount from 10% up to 30% on selected products from the "Bestsellers" and "New In" categories. The promotion does not include products from other categories.
3. To benefit from the discount, purchase the products included in the campaign, the prices of which have been reduced accordingly in the online store and in the stationary boutique for the duration of the promotion. The campaign does not require entering a discount code.
4. Duration: The promotion is valid from 27.05.2026 to 03.06.2026.
5. The promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or other promotional campaigns.
6. All products purchased at promotional prices are subject to the standard return policy (14 days to withdraw from the contract) and a full two-year warranty and liability for defects, in accordance with the regulations of the Balagan online store.
These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 27.05.2026.
