1. The organizer of the promotion is Balagan Studio Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 00-739, ul. Stępińska 22/30 1A, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, under number KRS 0000782251, REGON 383124231, NIP 5213863874, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00, represented by Agata Matlak and Hanna Ferenc.
2. The promotion runs from 03/06/2026 until 07/06/2026 and applies to purchases made both in the Organizer's online store (www.balaganstudio.com) and in brick-and-mortar boutiques.
3. During the promotion period, each Customer who purchases products with a total gross value of at least 499 PLN (basket value before discount) and uses the discount code OFF20 is entitled to receive a -20% discount on their entire order (the entire content of the basket).
4. Additionally, for online orders delivered within Poland that meet the monetary condition specified in point 3, the Customer is entitled to free shipping.
5. Each Customer is welcome to participate in the promotion any number of times and receive the -20% discount and free shipping within Poland on each eligible order over 499 PLN by using the code OFF20.
6. For online store purchases, the discount is applied after entering the code OFF20 in the designated field at checkout, provided the basket value exceeds 499 PLN. In brick-and-mortar boutiques, the discount is applied at the cash register upon providing the code OFF20 to the store staff.
7. The promotion's provisions do not limit any right to complain related to the statutory warranty, conformity of goods with the contract, or guarantee, nor the right to return (withdraw from the sales contract concluded at a distance via the Organizer's online store).
8. All above regulations come into force on 03/06/2026.
