1. The organizer of the promotion is Balagan Studio Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 00-739, ul. Stępińska 22/30 1A, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, under number KRS 0000782251, REGON 383124231, NIP 5213863874, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00, represented by Agata Matlak-Lutyk and Hanna Ferenc-Hilsden.
2. The promotion runs from 08/06/2026 until 18/06/2026 and applies to purchases made in the Organizer's online store (www.balaganstudio.com).
3. The object of the promotion is to obtain early access to a selected offer of products included in the pre-sale, along with the right to receive a -20% discount on those products, in exchange for subscribing to the Organizer's newsletter database.
4. To participate in the promotion and receive the discount code, the Customer must successfully subscribe to the newsletter on the Organizer's website by providing their email address, authorizing the addition of their address to the database by clicking the subscription confirmation link in the first email received (Double Opt-In), and subsequently receiving a return email containing the dedicated discount code.
5. The -20% discount is applied in the online store after entering the received discount code in the designated field at checkout, and applies exclusively to the selection of pre-sale products specified by the Organizer.
6. Each Customer may participate in the promotion once per unique email address registered in the newsletter database.
7. The promotion's provisions do not limit any right to complain related to the statutory warranty, conformity of goods with the contract, or guarantee, nor the right to return (withdraw from the sales contract concluded at a distance via the Organizer's online store).
8. All above regulations come into force on 08/06/2026.
