1. The Organizer of the promotion is Balagan Studio Sp. z o. o. represented by Agata Matlak-Lutyk and Hanna Ferenc-Hilsden with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Stępińska 22/30, 00-739, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000782251, possessing NIP 521-38-63-874.
2. Promotion period – from 13.04.-15.04.2026.
3. As part of the promotion, each customer subscribing to the newsletter database between 13.04.-15.04.2026 receives a one-time, individual discount code entitling them to make purchases with a 20% discount deducted from the value of non-discounted products.
4. The code is one-time and assigned to the e-mail address registered in the Newsletter database.
5. The promotion covers full-priced products, excluding new arrivals from the new collection.
6. The promotion does not combine with any other promotions available in the Organizer's stationary and online store.
7. The provisions of these regulations do not violate or limit the right to a complaint related to the warranty or guarantee, nor do they limit the right to withdraw from a sales agreement concluded at a distance via the Organizer's online store. For the return of products purchased with a promotional code, the customer is entitled to 14 days - for both online and stationary purchases.
8. These regulations come into force on 13.04.2026.
