1. The organizer of the promotion is Balagan Studio Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Stępińska 22/30, building 1A, unit no. 222, 00-739. The company is represented by Agata Matlak-Lutyk and Hanna Ferenc-Hilsden, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000782251, NIP 521-38-63-874.
2. The promotion runs from 30.06.2026 to 09.07.2026.
3. The code EXTRA5 entitles customers to an additional 5% discount on selected, specially marked models from the Summer Sale section. The promotion is valid in the online store as well as in the Organizer’s physical boutiques.
4. There are no limits on the use of the code – each customer may make any number of purchases of discounted products both online and in-store.
5. To use the discount when shopping online, the code EXTRA5 must be entered during checkout. The cart value will be automatically reduced by 5% for products from the Summer Sale section.
6. The EXTRA5 code cannot be combined with other discount codes available in the Organizer’s online store or physical boutiques.
7. The provisions of these terms and conditions do not affect the right to submit complaints (statutory warranty or guarantee) or the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
8. These terms and conditions enter into force on 30.06.2026.
