1. The organizer of the promotion is Balagan Studio Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 0-739, ul. Stępińska 22/30 1A, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, under number KRS 0000782251, REGON [Statistical Number] 383124231, NIP [Tax ID Number] 5213863874, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00. represented by Agata Matlak i Hanna Ferenc.
2. Free delivery takes place from 02/07/26 until the further notice and works for every domestic (Poland) delivery services.
3. During the promotional period, each Participant is eligible for free delivery within Poland on orders with a minimum value of 649 PLN.
4. The promotion's provisions do not limit any right to complaint related to the warranty or guarantee, nor the right to return.
5. All above regulations come into force on 02/07/26.
