1. The Organizer of the promotional campaign is Balagan Studio Sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Stępińska 22/30, building 1A, unit 222, 00-739). The company is represented by Agata Matlak-Lutyk and Hanna Ferenc-Hilsden, and is entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs (KRS) under the number 0000782251, NIP: 521-38-63-874.
2. The Subject of the Promotion is a 20% discount off the regular prices of a selected range of products from the bestsellers collection, available on the Organizer's website and in its brick-and-mortar stores.
3. To redeem the discount, the customer must enter the code BACKTOOFFICE20 in the "Discount Code" field during the checkout process in the online store, or select a product from the designated area while shopping in-store.
4. Duration: The campaign is valid from August 17th, 2026, to September 1st, 2026. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes or other promotional offers.
5. Returns and Warranties: All products purchased using the BACKTOOFFICE20 code are subject to the standard return policy (a 14-day right of withdrawal from the agreement) and are covered by a full two-year warranty and statutory liability (rękojmia), in accordance with the Balagan online store's general Terms and Conditions.
