We are pleased to present you Alicja Gabillaud – she makes one of the best donuts in Warsaw in her small independent pastry store MISSMELLOW, that serves homemade baked nostalgic desserts and spoiling, sweet breakfasts.

She enjoys searching for inspiration, new tastes and forms and then letting her own sensitivity and intuition express themselves. 'Being creative means to reinterpret classics and have fun without leaving the comfort zone. It's also a kind of freedom that doesn't always suit running your own business, so merging these two: entrepreneurship and creativity is an exciting challenge.
