Holiday Market Regulations

1. The organizer of the promotion is Balagan Studio Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Kielecka 1/1, 02-504 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, under number KRS 0000782251, REGON [Statistical Number] 383124231, NIP [Tax ID Number] 5213863874, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00, represented by Agata Matlak and Hanna Ferenc.

2. The promotion takes place from 03/12/24 - till end.

As part of the Holiday Market promotion, the Buyer is entitled to avail themselves of available discounts on purchases of selected products (marked 'holidaymarket') at rates of 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% respectively, applicable to the purchase of specific items. To benefit from the promotion, the appropriate discount code must be used: HOLIDAYMARKET10, HOLIDAYMARKET20, HOLIDAYMARKET15, HOLIDAYMARKET25. It's worth noting that the discount codes apply to specifically selected products.

4. The discount will be deducted proportionally for each of the products on the invoice.

5. The promotion does not limit the right to exchange and guarantee.

6. All of the regulations above come into force on 03/12/2024.
